Certified Application Counselor/Health Insurance
Enrollment Coordinator

Job duties:

Manage all aspects of CAASTLC’s Enrollment Program of uninsured individuals & families into the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace under the Affordable Care Act.  Supervision of four (4) Certified Application Counselors at two (2) locations.  Preparation and completion of accurate activity & program reports to meet contract deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Art’s Degree.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in non-profit program management & direct service.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to start position on May 8, 2017.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of health insurance companies.
